Return Policy

  • Time Frame: Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. For health and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or altered may not be eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to personalized items, opened baby formula, and baby food, as well as perishable goods.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  3. Please note, returns without prior authorization from our customer service team may not be accepted.

Refunds

Exchanges
